We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager with experience in direct sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry, leadership, and operations of a retail studio or health spa. If selected, all new hires must attend and pass a two-week training and certification program, where they learn our modalities, operations, and sales methods.

Primary Responsibility
The General Manager's primary role is to PROMOTE and DRIVE STUDIO SALES. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Introducing potential prospects to our effective assisted stretching methods and presents them with a program suitable and tailored for clients
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas by effectively managing your sales pipeline. This begins with new lead generation, but also includes meeting minimum criteria for show rates, sales demos booked, and customer conversions. This is a SALES role!
- Orchestrates the delivery of superior 5-star customer service and mentoring employees to achieve their full potential
- Leading and mentoring your staff in the area of sales, closing techniques, and overcoming price objections
- Serving the Stretch Zone client base with excellent (5-star) customer service, effective practitioner-assisted Stretch Zone stretching methods, and the creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment to support renewal sales
- Responsible for the successful operation and financial accountability of the studio relative to goals and objectives.
- Providing leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports to establish a high-energy tone environment within the studio
- Being passionate about promoting the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching to the local community by building relationships with health & wellness businesses, local community outreach events, sporting events, law enforcement agencies, sponsoring non-profit events, etc.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Prior SALES and LEADERSHIP experience in one of the following roles is REQUIRED: Store/Studio Manager, Certified Personal Trainer / Coaching, Fitness Coach, Health & Wellness Professional, Physical Therapy, Healthcare Industry, Athlete, Exercise Science, Sports or Fitness Professional, Sports Medicine
- Connect with people by building relationships with passion and have compassion to improve the lifestyle and wellness of others
- Continuously improve knowledge of service and use proven, corporate stretching and sales techniques
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Degree in Health, Wellness, & Fitness field, e.g., Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, Fitness Management, Exercise Science or related type college level anatomy and physiology course work is a plus.

- Monday thru Friday
- Saturdays as required
- Event participation as required
